Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how coinable.com ("Coinable," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit coinable, create an account, start or manage a custom-coin project, place an order, subscribe to email updates, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Contact and profile information: name, email address, account identifiers, password-reset status, communication preferences, and information you provide through signup or account forms.
- Project and order information: coin specifications, artwork and uploaded files, quotes, selections, quantities, approvals, order history, billing and shipping details, and customer-service communications.
- Email subscription information: signup or import source, consent date, PING verification status, onboarding progress, unsubscribe status, bounce history, spam-complaint status, and suppression-list records.
- Email performance information: delivery status, measured opens, links clicked, timestamps, browser or mail-client information, and hashed technical identifiers used for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Website and transaction information: device and browser information, IP-derived or hashed security data, account activity, cart and checkout activity, payment status, and information stored by WordPress, WooCommerce, and enabled service providers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide quotes, projects, artwork workflows, order updates, reorders, and customer support; send requested updates and specials; verify email ownership; prevent automated or abusive signups; deliver and improve email campaigns; measure engagement; detect bounces and complaints; maintain suppression lists; process transactions; comply with legal obligations; and protect Coinable, our customers, and our services.
Email updates, tracking, and PING verification
Coinable.com and eMilitaryCoins.com subscribers are maintained as separate marketing audiences. If an address already belongs to the Coinable customer audience, it is excluded from eMilitaryCoins imports so the same person is not sent both brand campaigns unless they later provide a separate authorized address.
New marketing subscribers may receive a PING verification email. An address is not eligible for marketing campaigns until the verification link is confirmed. Marketing emails may contain a small tracking image and signed redirect links that let us estimate opens and record clicks. Some inbox providers block or automatically load images, so open measurements may not reflect a person actually reading the message.
Unsubscribing and suppression records
Every Coinable marketing email includes an UNSUBSCRIBE button and a backup unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future promotional updates and specials. We may retain the email address and limited status information on a suppression list so that later imports or signups do not accidentally reactivate it. Transactional or relationship messages—such as account, project, order, payment, security, artwork, production, or support updates—may still be sent when necessary to provide a service you requested.
How we share information
We do not sell subscriber lists or provide them to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and business, including hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce services, SMTP or transactional-email providers, analytics and security services, payment processors, shipping providers, factories or production partners involved in an order, and professional advisers. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of some or all business assets.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies needed for account access, security, carts, checkout, preferences, analytics, and site functionality. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so can prevent account, cart, or checkout features from functioning correctly.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain project and order records, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, analyze campaign performance, and honor unsubscribe, bounce, spam, and deletion suppression choices. Retention periods vary by record type and legal or operational need.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your privacy choices and requests
You can update certain account and email-preference information through your Coinable dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal data is used. Some information may be retained when necessary to complete an order, comply with law, preserve security or fraud-prevention records, or maintain an unsubscribe suppression record.
To make a privacy request, email sales@coinable.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children's privacy
Coinable services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International processing
Service providers and production partners may process information in locations different from your own. Where required, we use reasonable measures intended to protect information transferred across borders.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, providers, or legal obligations. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account dashboard, or email when appropriate.
