CUSTOM COINS · DESIGN & MANUFACTURING GUIDE

Build, Price and Prepare Your Custom Coin in PRI-FLY

Use this guide to understand the custom coin workflow, manufacturing choices, pricing, artwork approval and the transition into production.

HOW ONLINE ORDERING WORKS

From Product to Production

1

Choose or Load the Product

Start a new custom coin in PRI-FLY, or load an existing customer product or saved project when working on a reorder.

2

Configure the Coin

Review the manufacturing profile and choose finishes, relief, edge, plating, production options, presentation and other applicable add-ons.

3

Select Quantity

Custom coin manufacturing begins at 50 pieces. Quantity cards use the active PRI-FLY bulk-pricing profile and saved add-on pricing.

4

Final Check

Review the exact product, quantity, selections, pricing and timing before committing the approved configuration.

5

Cart & Checkout

The approved PRI-FLY configuration is carried with the exact WooCommerce product into Cart and Checkout.

6

Artwork & Production

Approved product information remains tied to the same product/project record for artwork approval and later production recall.

MANUFACTURING

Round & Special Shape

Round custom coins and special-shape custom coins use their assigned manufacturing profile for size, shape and applicable production options. Existing customer products keep their canonical WooCommerce product identity while PRI-FLY recalls their saved manufacturing information.

RETURNING CUSTOMER?

Reopen the Existing Product — Don’t Rebuild It

Existing customer products remain the canonical WooCommerce product. PRI-FLY recalls the saved configuration and production information so changes can be made against the same record.
